The single-vehicle rollover in west Andrews Tuesday night that involved a Buick striking a power pole resulted in power outages that night and Wednesday morning while workers replaced the pole, according to authorities.
Recent arrests included the following: David Alfredo Leyva of Andrews on March 25 for (warrant) bail jumping and failure to appear, surety bond $2,500.
