Harsh words like impeachment, abortion, racism, and murder are tossed about like references to blue shies or green grass. Can such a trend be reversed?

Cases dismissed in evading incident

An Odessa man who attempted to strike motorists and law enforcement units during a high speed pursuit in July of 2018 had two charges dismissed last month during a 109th District Court hearing, according to court records. Codie Dee Seale, 34, had one count of aggravated assault against a public servant (habitual offender) and one count of evading arrest detention with a vehicle dropped during the hearing.
