James Harris Dillard passed away August 30, 2020 in Midland, Texas. He was born September 7, 1941 in Grand Praire, Texas to his parents Robert Samuel Sr. and Anna Mae Edmondson Dillard. Graveside services where held on September 3rd, at Andrews Old Cemetery.

Edna “Nana” Mitchell, 89, longtime resident of Andrews passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020 in Odessa.

Mary E. Varley age 87, of Walnut Springs, passed away on August 15, 2020 in Glen Rose, Texas.

Funeral services are going to be at 2 P.M., Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Walnut Springs Baptist Church in Walnut Springs, Texas. Brady Dempsey will officiate. Visitation will be from Noon until service time on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the church. Pallbearers will be Chad Lopez, Daniel Varley, John Varley, David Wayne Heartsill, David Heartsill, Sammy Contreras, Brandon Ferrel, and Chris Driskell.

Shirley Ann Parker was born August 27, 1938, in Converse, Louisiana, and passed away peacefully at home, surrounded with love by her family on August 15, 2020. Known by many names, “Honey,” “Mom,” “Grandma,” “ShooShoo,” “Gmaw,” “Gram,” “Grammy,” “GG-Maw,” “Sweet Shirley,” and “Mrs, Parker,” she wouldn’t correct you if you called her something else and would proudly take on her new name. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren so very much and could be seen supporting them at many of their events through the years.
