Bobbie Spurlock Allen

March 18, 1937 – February 6, 2024 Services for Bobbie Spurlock Allen, 86, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024, at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Dee Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Andrews North Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2024, at McNett Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Bobbie was born in Oak Grove, Louisiana, on March 18, 1937, to Pearlee Pardon. She was a Baptist and had a true servant’s heart, taking much pride in her career as a nurse. In her spare time, Bobbie enjoyed fishing and dancing, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her mother Pearlee Braswell, two brothers, Calvin and Bill Braswell; son Crawford Dwayne Spurlock and her dear friend John Parrish.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Lee and husband, Marty of Andrews, Texas; Donnie Spurlock and wife, Tracy of Andrews, Texas; Teri Dawkins of Bedford, Texas; and Phyllis Stewart and husband, Dee of Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren, Kim Shuff; Shaun Shuff; Anthony Cole Spurlock; Barbara Klein; Rachel Spurlock; Stephanie Burns and husband, Jacob; Jessica McAdams; Andrew Dawkins; Kristy Ainsworth; Jessie Ainsworth; Harve Stewart and wife, Brittany; and Philicia Hupp; several great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Wade of Navarro Mills, Texas; Martha Stringer and husband, Dennis of Monroe, Louisiana; and Francis Bolton of Bastrop, Louisiana; and a special friend, Janet Waller of Bastrop, Louisiana and many great grandchildren.
