Cynthia Ann McNeely

Cynthia Ann McNeely, 70, of Andrews, Texas passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 in Andrews.

Cynthia was born on November 7, 1950 in Haskell, Texas to Sonny Pittcock and Novice Allison. She graduated from Rule High School in 1969. Cynthia held many jobs over the years but was best known for her love as a beautician. While living in Andrews Cynthia loved getting to watch her grandkids in their activities and attending church with them. She enjoyed their many visits and sharing her sugar free candy. Cynthia was an enthusiast in life. She loved to dance and laugh. She was the life of the party where ever she went. Cynthia was loved by all and will be missed, but is now in the arms of her heavenly father. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Billy McNeely on October 13, 2019.

Cynthia is survived by her children, Meredith Middlebrooks and husband Cy of Andrews, Texas, Robert Wainscott of Iowa Park, Texas and Monica Fields of Andrews, Texas, step-daughter Elizabeth Mulroy of Wichita Falls, Texas, sister, Pam Bowles and husband Donnie of Rule, Texas, brothers, Nolan Pittcock of Rule, Texas and Jimmy Pittcock of Huntsville, Texas, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
