David Andrews, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021, in Andrews, Texas,

Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Andrews North Cemetery in Andrews, Texas.

David was born on January 6, 1944, in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Frances and Edith Lawson. David loved to dance and to wear western clothes. He enjoyed fishing, reading, and watching movies. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his dog “Rex”, David was a generous man, he would give you the shirt off his back, David was full of life and always had a smile on his face.

He is survived by his aunt, Vera Bell Lawson, of Bowie, Texas, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frances, and Edith Lawson, companion, Glenn Hammitt, sister, Sharon Tidwell, brother, Kenneth Lawson, Douglas Lawson, and John Lawson.
