Eva Jane Murray, known affectionately as Jane to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2024, in Andrews, TX. Born on July 7, 1934, in Colorado City, TX, to Estell and Ora Fisher.

Jane found her lifelong partner in Bob Murray whom she married on June 15, 1952, in Colorado City. Their marriage was a testament to devotion and joy, spanning 68 years until Bob’s passing in May of 2020. Together, they built a loving home and raised a family that would be Jane’s pride and joy.

Jane’s legacy is carried on by her daughter, Debby Seale and her late husband Bill of Livingston, TX, her sons, Bobby Murray and wife Sheri of Odessa, TX, and Billy Murray of Abilene, TX. Jane’s interests were as varied as they were passionate. She and Bob shared a love for travel, exploring the United States in their Airstream, playing golf on numerous courses, and creating memories with their friends. Her hobbies extended to sewing, traveling, yardwork and being with her grandchildren. Her commitment to her faith was evident in her active participation in her church, where she found strength and solace.

Jane’s warmth, kindness, and generosity touched many lives. Her presence was a source of comfort and joy to those who knew her. She lived her life with grace and left behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire her family and friends.
