Professionally, Geneva served her community as a bus driver for the Andrews Independent School District for 12 years, ensuring the safe transport of countless children. Her commitment to her community extended beyond her work, as she was an active member of the Andrews County 4-H, Andrews County Livestock Association, Andrews High School Rodeo Club, and a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Andrews. Her involvement in these organizations reflected her passion for service and her dedication to nurturing the next generation.

Geneva’s interests were as rich and varied as her life. She found solace in gardening, creating beauty in her surroundings. Her creative spirit shone through her arts and crafts, a testament to her ability to bring color and joy into the world. Horses were another of Geneva’s passions, reflecting the strength and grace she carried throughout her life. Above all, her love for Jesus and the Bible guided her, providing a foundation of faith that she shared generously with all.

Family was Geneva’s greatest treasure. She relished spending time with her children and grandchildren, imparting wisdom and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Her role as a wife to a ranch hand was not only a treasured accomplishment but also her greatest life lesson. Becoming a rancher’s wife taught her the values of hard work, resilience, and the importance of family, lessons she passed on to her loved ones.
