Lynda Lee Brownell

Lynda Lee Brownell, 61, of Andrews passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Morris officiating. Interment was at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez, Mississippi. Visitation was Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care of McNett Funeral Home.

Lynda was born on October 12, 1959 in Natchez, Mississippi to Dewey Lee Brownell and Frances Mooney. She graduated from Andrews High School. She was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God. She loved her church and her God. Lynda was a collector and she especially loved her teddy bear collection. She enjoyed going to estate sales. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.

Lynda is survived by her mother Frances Brownell of Andrews, Texas, brother, James “Jimmy” Brownell of Beaumont, Texas and sister, Pam Mims and husband Byron of Charlotte, North Carolina.
