Mariabel, the daughter of Matilde and Teresa Armendariz was born on August 21, 1962, in Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico. Mariabel siblings described her as, “a fearless, free-spirited adventurer.” Her children’s most favorite memory of her was when she cleverly created a way to catch and sell squirrels. She was brave, outspoken, quick to defend her loved one’s and was best known for her love of painting and creating beautiful artwork. Her hospitable personality reflected that of her mother, making friends everywhere she went. She showed her deep care and affection by the way she used her food to comfort her loved ones, and not only was she a momma bear to her three beautiful children but had the most nurturing way of bonding with any animal that came across her path. She was always living in the moment, detached from worldly materials, and enjoying life as it came on day at a time. All in all, her adventurous spirit shined through at the end of her journey here on earth. Reminding us that she ahs finally gone home.
Mariabel was preceded in death by her father Matilde Armendariz, her mother Teresa Armendariz, brother Juan De Dios Armendariz, and son Marcos Armendariz.
