Ricky Joe Warren

Ricky Joe Warren, 66 of Lampasas, Texas (formerly of Andrews, TX) died Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in Temple, Texas.

He was born August 25, 1953 in Winfield, Alabama to Glenn and Willow Dean (White) Warren. He lived in Alabama and Virginia before moving to Andrews, TX in 1968. He attended Andrews High School. Ricky worked in the oil field for many years in the Permian Basin area, well servicing. He married Lisa Burk June 8, 1974 in Andrews and lived there until 2018. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, fishing, barbequing, and playing poker with his family.

He is survived by his son, Justin Warren of Lampasas, 3 sisters; Melba Stokes of Odessa, Pat Tadlock (Don) of Andrews, and Marshia Perez of Andrews; Several nieces and nephews; Sister-in-law, Sherry Boultinghouse (Wayne) of Lampasas.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lisa in 2013, by his parents and 5 siblings, Walter, Buddy, Ray, Moonie and Sue Sullens.

Graveside funeral service will be Saturday April 11, 2020 at Andrews County Cemetery.
