Vincent Shaun Hill
Vincent Shaun Hill, a beacon of pure joy and an embodiment of innocence, left the physical world on August 14, 2024, following an unforeseen accident in his hometown of Andrews, Texas. Born to the loving family of Juston and Cori Hill on May 16, 2018, Vincent’s six years of life were a testament to the beauty and resilience of the human spirit.
Vincent attended Clearfork Elementary, where he received occupational and speech therapy. Despite the challenges presented by his nonverbal autism, Vincent thrived, his personality blossoming like a vibrant flower in spring. He approached each day with enthusiasm, and his infectious laughter and boundless energy were a source of light and happiness for all who knew him.
Vincent was a boy of little words, but his actions spoke volumes about the love he had for life. He found immense joy in the simple pleasures, such as the feeling of sand between his toes at the beach or the thrill of bouncing on the trampoline alongside his sister, Violet. His fascination with toys that spun was wellknown; if it didn’t spin, it simply didn’t capture his interest.
Family was the cornerstone of Vincent’s world. He is survived by his devoted parents, Juston and Cori Hill; his playful sister, Violet Hill; his grandparents, Shaun and Dalla Hill; and his greatgrandparents, Tony and Dianne Foreman, and Rita Blackmon “Nana Rita”. Vincent was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Jessica Wright, and his greatgrandmother, Pearl Scott, affectionately known as “Nanny Cookie.”
Vincent’s legacy is one of love and the purest form of communication— laughter and smiles. He communicated in a language beyond words, teaching those around him the value of patience, the beauty of silence, and the power of a nonverbal connection. His ability to express love and joy without uttering a single word was his gift to the world, and it will be cherished by his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
As Vincent’s family mourns his untimely departure, they also celebrate the indelible mark he has left on their hearts and lives. His memory will be carried forward in the stories of his silly antics, his love for storybooks read aloud by his parents, and the echoes of his laughter that will forever resonate in the places he loved most.
Vincent’s life, though brief, was a canvas of meaningful moments that painted a portrait of a boy who embraced life with every fiber of his being. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as his spirit continues to inspire and guide his loved ones.
As the sun sets on Vincent Shaun Hill’s journey on earth, his family takes solace in knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those he touched. His was a life lived with pure joy, and the memories of his happiness will be a comforting presence for all who cherished him.
