Shirley Ann Miller

Shirley Ann Miller, 83, of Andrews passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 in Big Spring, Texas.

Shirley was born on February 17, 1935 in Bossier City, Louisiana to Odra A. and Hazel Hayes Teekell. Shirley grew up in Bossier City, she graduated from high school in 1953. She married John S. Miller on May 26, 1953 in Bossier City. She was a homemaker, first and foremost she loved the Lord and her church. Shirley also enjoyed cooking, sewing, listening to Gospel music and reading. She never met a stranger. Shirley’s pleasure in life was her family and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, John Miller of Andrews, daughters, Peggy Thurston of Andrews, Maurie Hazlewood and husband Mel of Marble Falls, Texas, son David Miller and wife Margaret of Crosby, Texas, sister, Sara Beth Briehn and husband Ronnie of Abilene, Texas, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
