Eddie Carroll Shaw

Eddie Carroll Shaw, 76, of Andrews passed away January 27, 2020 in Midland, Texas.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate his life at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Chad Clark officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the funeral home. Eddie was born on August 10, 1943 at O’Donnell, Texas to James Edgar and Netiar Stotts Shaw. He grew up in O’Donnell, Texas and graduated from high school in 1961.He had lived in Lamesa and Big Spring before moving to Andrews in 1975. Eddie served in the Army, he married Teddie Brown Shaw on March 16, 1973 in O’Donnell. Eddie loved woodworking and working on cars and model cars. He enjoyed music; Floyd Cramer was a favorite of his. He also enjoyed Irish bag pipes and enjoyed playing the piano. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Danny and James Shaw, a sister, Claudia Brownlow.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Teddie Shaw of Andrews, sons, Ronnie Shaw and wife Rachel of Andrews, Randall Shaw of Big Spring, daughter, Carol Shaw of Midland, brother, Charlie Shaw and wife Brenda of Seminole, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
