Loretta Mae Peeples

Flint, TX Loretta Mae Peeples, 86, passed away December 15, 2020.

She was born May 29, 1934 in Martinsville, Illinois to John and Dorothy Buckle. She graduated from Andrews High School. She married Bobby Ray Peeples on Aug. 27, 1950 in Andrews. They moved from Andrews to Odessa in 1972. She worked for Commercial State Bank in Andrews as well as banks in Odessa. Loretta later moved to Flint in 2009. Loretta was affectionately known as Mamma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loretta is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby Ray Peeples and brother Dean Buckle.

She is survived by her sons, Bobby Peeples and wife Martha of Flint and Alan Peeples and wife Sabrina of San Angelo; daughter, Carla Hayes and husband Raymond of Odessa; grandchildren, Tamra Greeson and husband Chris of Spring, Bridget Smith and husband Stewart of Humble, Summer Seibert and husband Phil of Austin, Christopher Hayes of Odessa and Jan Stamper and husband Jason of Odessa, Alisha Munden and husband Justin of Athens and Nathan Carruth and wife J’lyn of Mabank; and eight great grandchildren Henry and Amelia Seibert, Logan and Kylie Stamper, Mckay Wall, Desiree, Julia and Nate Carruth.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 in the Old Andrews County Cemetery in Andrews with Justin Munden officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of McNett Funeral Home in Andrews.
