Barbara Nell Watson

Barbara Nell Watson, 81 of Andrews, TX passed away on August, 15, 2021 of natural causes.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate her life on Wednesday, August 18 at 10:00 am in Andrews North Cemetery. The family also received friends the previous day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at McNett Funeral Home.

Barbara was born in Gorman, TX on September 29, 1939 to Marvin and Bula Brock. She grew up in Eastland, TX where she went to high school and met the love of her life. She Married Kenneth Allen Watson on August 30, 1958 and the couple moved to Andrews, TX shortly thereafter. She was a housewife, dedicated mother and longtime member of the Church of Christ. Barbara spent the last years of her life as permanent resident of the PRCC and is loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her three children, Dan Watson, wife Michelle of Andrews, TX, Julie Davis, husband Tommy of Andrews, TX and Steven Watson, wife Carrie of Midland, TX. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren which she truly adored.

Barbara is preceded in death by her Husband, Kenneth Allen Watson, Grandson, Allen Davis and sisters Francis Heidicker and Pauline Simpson.
