Priscilla was born on May 12, 1974, in Andrews, Texas to Julian Lozano Lopez and Cristelia Pena. This beautiful woman loved everything about life especially all of her family, dancing, music, riding motorcycles with her husband and reading books. She loved going to church and recharging herself spiritually. She was passionate about suicide awareness for her late daughter and founded M&M Suicide Project, a suicide awareness program. Priscilla pursued a career in nursing working as a LVN and proudly served in the U. S. ARMY. She was the loudest parent cheering in the stands at any games for her children and grandchildren. Whenever she came into a room everyone knew either the party or attitude was there. She claimed herself as, “the brownest redneck ever.”
