Benito Rudy Martinez 54, of Andrews TX passed away on February 23, 2022, in Andrews, Texas.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 5:00 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Iglesia de Jesucristo de la Fe Apostolic, 812 SW 6th Street, Andrews, Texas.

Benito was born May 16, 1967, in Memphis Tennessee to Nicolas G. Martinez and Cecilia “Hernandez” Martinez. Benito was bright, energetic, and always willing to make people laugh. He was always willing to help anyone in need and he was always hungry. Benito was a family man and would brighten any room he walked into. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Benito is survived by his mother: Cecilia Martinez of Andrews; sons: Nick Martinez of Arkansas, and Antonio Martinez of Arkansas; daughter: Ciara Martinez of Ohio; brothers: Francisco Martinez of Arkansas, Genero Martinez of Arkansas, Marcus Martinez of Andrews, and Geronino Martinez of Arkansas; sister: Georia Reyes of Andrews; and 13 grandchildren: Hanna, Nicolas, Riley, Legand, Weston, Anthony, Jada, Nevaeh, Mela, Paislee, Antonio Jr., and Justyce.

Benito is preceded in death by his father: Nicolas G. Martinez; and sister: Maria Gonzales.
