Three Andrews residents were arrested the morning of Sept. 16 after gunshots were reportedly fired near the Sonic restaurant on N. Main, according to police.
In the past five years, the city has changed out nearly every residential water meter, installed equipment to read them from city hall and tested the new reading system.
