Though Andrews County has just one project listed on TxDOT’s $85 billion 10-year road construction plan recently adopted by the state, numerous roadway improvements have already occurred here, and others are lined up for the near future.
The commissioners court on Tuesday approved a budget for the coming fiscal year and adopted a tax rate that sits right at the voter approval rate but is much less than the present year rate due to substantially more taxable value.
