Members of the Permian Basin Chapter, NSDAR presented a Constitution Week play at Underwood Elementary on Friday, September 17th. The play is based on the book, “Unite or Die - How Thirteen States Became a Nation” by Jacqueline Jules. It tells the story of how the U.S. Constitution was signed into law by representatives of the 12 states.
