One of my favorite things about crepes is their versatility. You can dress them up with berries and chocolate, or you can go the more savory route with ham and cheese. Regardless of the filling, crepes are always a great way to spruce up any breakfast. The name might sound somewhat pretentious, but honestly it’s just a fancy pancake. The hardest thing about making crepes is being able to fry them nice and thin without tearing them. Once you get a hang of that, making crepes is actually super easy!
