A two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon south of Andrews between a hot oiler truck and a pickup appeared to result in injuries and major damage, according to authorities.
In the wake of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde in late May—it occurred after Andrews ISD was already out of school—school districts have performed security checks and upgrades at individual campuses over the summer.
