The Odessa District of the Texas Department of Transportation is presently taking public com-ments on a roadway project scheduled for State Highway 115 in Andrews County and other counties.

Andrews High School Cosmetology students were able to challenge their creativity by participating in an “anything but hair” contest. Students were instructed to come up with a theme for their mannequin and had one week to do it in class.
