Busy could be the word to describe the Andrews High School swim teams’ schedule during action Friday and Saturday, but two words would suit them better – ‘really busy.’
After suffering a ‘tough to take’ district loss to Greenwood on their home court to open league play, the Andrews Lady Mustangs needed a solid outing to get back on track.
While young they may be, the Andrews High School powerlifting boys’ team held their own at their first meet of the season Saturday in Big Spring. In the girls’ division, a limited number of AHS athletes did the best they could.
You can talk over and over about the Andrews Mustangs basketball team’s current record, but in the same breath you also have to mention their non-district schedule.
