An Andrews man who headbutted a police officer and evaded in a vehicle last December received judgment during a recent hearing in 109th District Court, according to a criminal disposition report from the county clerk’s office. Luis Omar Gabriel-Aguilar received 10 years of community control, 10 years of probation (deferred adjudication), 500 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine during the Oct. 15 hearing.
