An Andrews man who in May was arrested on a probation violation stemming from an October 2018 incident in which he used a blunt force object to seriously injure another man was recently sentenced in 109th District Court.
During the recent hearing, Jorge Pando Nave, 59, received a 120-day jail sentence on a charge of motion to revoke probation, according to district court records.
Nave was apprehended by deputies in mid-May and charged with the probation violation on an aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury count from 2018.
