With 15 of the 19 teams in the mix at the Red Raider Classic in Lubbock either 6A or 5A division, the road to the top of the podium was not going to be easy for Andrews Mustangs golf team.
Just know there really is a ‘Football God’.
Nothing better than being the best, especially in a meet as big as the Lubbock Christian XC Classic was last week.

The Andrews Mustangs 8 ‘B’ football team overcame a slow start to beat Seminole 12-8 Thursday.
Make no mistake, the names of Tad Darland and Stefan Cronje are well known in the golf world.
The Andrews Middle School XC boys team ended up third at the 26-team Lubbock Christian meet, while the AMS girls placed fourth in a field of 30 teams.
