Andrews High School hurdler Jonathan Pipes proved to be the best in the 110 hurdles and almost duplicated his performance in the 300 hurdles with a second at the mostly 6A and 5A Pirate Relays at Lubbock Cooper to lead the Mustang track boys to a thirdplace team finish at the 10-team meet.
